EMS: Feedback request

I've just developed a web based app which I call EMS, to process data from some sensors and then do some simple reporting.

I wish to get feedbacks regarding the program, and so I'm not gonna give instructions on how to use the app itself, as I would like to see how idiot-proof the program is.
