I received quite a number of comments from my previous post, and they're all requesting for invites to Google Wave.
While the number might vary between others, along with my Google Wave account I have 20 invites to give away. To be honest however, after few weeks, I have not invited anyone despite of all the requests I received!
I know I shouldn't be too selective in giving out invites, but I was trying to not give invites to people I don't really know (and these are the people asking me for invites). This is because to me, Google Wave is less useful (or less fun) when there's not much of my friends in there. My so-called 'friends' are however either already have an account, or are not tech-savvy enough to appreciate an invite (which I think would be a waste if they get any anyway).
But anyway, I guess it's time to start asking selected friends personally and see if they're interested, one after another. Till then, I'll not open the invitation to those requesting for it…

I would LOVEEE an invite! I work for a tech company in Vancouver Canada, and have been trying to get an invite for months….its KILLING ME!! It would be very appreciated and be put to good use, especially if I could get one for my work mate also….

I have myself some invites to give away, but I decided to put a meaningful selection criteria: I had since years very important ideas of innovations to make an even more meaningful replacement for email and more, than the current concepts of Wave, but the only problem is that it remained unknown just because nobody usually pays attention to a new idea if it’s not made by google, and does not try to understand, discuss nor tell it to others.
